We Made It!

Finished RPM 2026 with a new EP: No Context. It’s totally an extension of the sounds and vibes from Practice Hours, you’ll dig this; it is absolutely an extension of the same vibe and sounds. I like these dark and desolate vibes with a bit of experimentation here and then (never tried auto-tuning vocals before). Also proud to say I used an Afrobeats track without writing about travel/passport/vacation xD

I’m soooo glad I didn’t push to write 10 tracks this year. Life has been stressful enough as is, so these four songs left me exhausted. They’re absolutely due for new vocals and mixes haha but I’m very proud of the ideas I put down. My brain is fried from this process, so I’m gonna lay in the cut for a little bit before starting my next move. It’s lowkey hard to complain about being exhausted creative-ly when the music isn’t like, extremely technical or virtuostic. But it really can be draining, especially with lyrics that come from such a personal place. That said, the plan is set to have another song recorded by month’s end. So I’ll keep y’all tuned in.
