Exhausted 🥵

This past week has been exhausting 😖 I swear, the weather has my energy levels all messed up; I'm not someone who takes naps but it feels like I've been asleep all weekend haha.

That said, it wasn't all bad. Friday's gig went smoothly and it's always good to get paid for doing what I love 🤑. It helps that the singer I was backing up, Sahn, is INSANELY talented. The event was at The Rehearsal. I'd never been there before and I absolutely love the vibe. It’s an independent production that exists to showcase indie artists in a small, intimate setting. Don't take my word for it; LA Times called it “LA’s Answer to Tiny Desk”. My next goal is to get TMGE on that stage 🤞🏿 After seeing the acts, I know I'd kill it up there and bring a unique vibe. If there's anyone else rapping and playing guitar solos, I'd love to meet ‘em 😅

Other than that, I had a lack of energy and appetite all week. Don't think I'm sick, but I let it kick my ass to the point where I didn't get that much done. I got asked to do a rap collab and that'll be my focus for the next few days. I still owe Paul two guitar solos so that I can finally get this Practice Hours project done.

Raiders won today, too. So the week is ending on a high note haha. I'm gonna try my best to keep cool this coming week and actually get my stuff done. Hope y'all are doing the same ✌🏿
